The
Resource Capacity Lead
is responsible for managing the process of resource planning, availability, and utilization across projects and services. The role ensures optimal assignment of resources aligned with strategic priorities and delivery timelines, providing visibility on capacity constraints, forecasted needs, and optimization opportunities.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Define and manage the resource capacity process globally, collaborating with other teams Lead and coordinate resource capacity planning across portfolios, functions, and regions. Monitor and report on resource utilization, availability, and future demand. Collaborate with Portfolio and Project Managers to align resource allocation with project requirements and timelines. Identify and escalate resource risks, gaps, and conflicts; propose mitigation actions. Develop and maintain resource dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
