Position: Team Lead/Shift Incharge- Production
Location: Ongole, Andhra Pradesh
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Technology, or related fields
Experience: 5–8 Years’ Experience in Production (Spices / Food / FMCG Industry Preferred)
Salary: 25K - 45K
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operation of all lines
Monitor process parameters, yield, and production efficiency
Manage shift planning, manpower deployment, and operator coordination
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and material consumption reports
