Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of Private Equity fund teams
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across regional teams
- Maintain fund data, documentation, and shared repositories
- Track budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and fund-related records
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and team administration
- Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience working with Private Equity funds
- Experience using Fund Management systems (eFront, Investran, Allvue, Geneva, etc.)
Other Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in fund operations, team coordination, or project support
- Experience working with offshore or regional teams
- Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
