Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of Private Equity fund teams
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across regional teams
  • Maintain fund data, documentation, and shared repositories
  • Track budgets, invoices, vendor contracts, and fund-related records
  • Support onboarding, offboarding, and team administration
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and audit requirements

Mandatory Requirements

  • Experience working with Private Equity funds
  • Experience using Fund Management systems (eFront, Investran, Allvue, Geneva, etc.)

Other Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in fund operations, team coordination, or project support
  • Experience working with offshore or regional teams
  • Strong organisation, communication, and multitasking skills
