A Marketing Team Manager supervises the marketing team of more or less ten (10) members. He/she coaches, trains, counsels, recruits and disciplines the Marketing Team. He/she ensures that there is an adequate staff on duty in all shifts that will provide support to all clients and customers. It is his/her responsibility to make sure that these marketers are trained and skilled to handle different issues, concerns and errors in collaboration with the Marketing Team from YM US for proper management. The Marketing Department functions under his/her guidance adhering to the company policies and principles. The Marketing Team Manager role combines both marketing skills and managerial abilities.
