職務概要

Amazon Logisticsのデリバリーステーションに配置されたカスタマーサポートチームを管理し、配送に関する顧客対応をリアルタイムで行う新しいサービスモデルを日本で展開する役割です。15〜20名のカスタマーサポート担当者を統括します。
