Job Description

Responsibilities
▪ Lead day-to-day Asset Management Operations, ensuring delivery to all
KPIs and contractual obligations.
▪ Establish best-in-class processes & practices and champion their
deployment and use across the global organisation.
▪ Responsible for People Management – Objective Setting, Performance
Management, talent development, retention, succession planning,
employee satisfaction, mentoring, leave management, time reporting, etc.
▪ Responsible for customer satisfaction, cost optimization & profitability of
the function.
▪ Generate customer & internal management reports on a scheduled basis.
▪ First point of contact for service delivery managers and escalation point
for any concerns or complaints from clients or senior management.
▪ Guide the team in scheduling work efficiently and resolving any priority
conflicts.
