To have a thorough knowledge of the ML Shipping Business and OTC End to End processes with expertise in Release Services stream (Perform Payment Application and Approve Freight Release).Supervise the performance of the team to meet all agreed SLA and KPIs.Maintain and monitor performance of the team.Initiate corrective and preventive action in areas affecting performance.Establish and appraise on staff personal critical success factors, address performance appraisals, mentoring & coaching etc.Maintain accuracy and timeliness levels as per the set KPIs.
