Job Summary

The Team Manager leads our Operations team. This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of support services to multiple clients, managing team performance, and acting as a point of escalation. The Team Manager will also be cross trained on all accounts to provide coverage during absences or peak demand. This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage client relationships and drive team success.
