About the role: Team Manager – Public Sector Sales

Reporting to the Head of Public Sector, you will recruit, hire, coach, and lead a team of Account Executives supporting enterprise and mid-market customers across Canada. You will create and execute go-to-market strategies for healthcare, nonprofit, education, and government clients, collaborating with Marketing, Sales Ops, Finance, Professional Services, and Product teams.

As an active coach, you’ll participate in customer meetings , conduct pipeline deep dives, and drive territory reviews. You’ll also prepare narrative reports for senior leaders and partner on key business initiatives to ensure your team consistently exceeds its KPIs.
