We're looking for an experienced Manager to lead and scale a high-performing, client-facing service function within a high-growth fintech organisation. Reporting directly to the COO, this role combines operational leadership, people management & leadership, and service delivery for a high profile client base. You'll be responsible for end-to-end delivery, forecasting and resource planning, continuous improvement, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients and teams alike.
