Brief Job Description:

1. To prioritize projects in discussion with Product Manager / Key Account Manager (Sales)
2. Guide team members for Product / shade development, Modification as per Customer requirements.
3. Guide Subordinates for formulating the products.
4. Interact with Regional / Global Technology / Product Management for Technology updates.
5. To support manufacturing, QC for alignment batches & Problem Solving
6. Provide Customer Support for Product Launch, Problem solving, Process improvement.
7. Presentation to Customers on New Products / Technologies
8. To work in CFT for Customer complaints / Issue resolution
9. To interact with RMT for introduction of new Raw Materials.
10. To generate & implement VMI and IE reduction ideas.
11. To mitigate RM supply issues by providing suitable alternates.
12. To maintain 5S in Laboratory & office area.
13. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
14. To keep updated on latest Paint / Application Technologies in related business segment.

Education Qualification & Experience:

Postgraduate in Chemistry, Polymer science, Graduate in Paint Technology, Chemical engineering, Graduate in Chemistry + Diploma in Paint Technology.

Minimum 12-15 years related work experience in Paint or allied industry.

Good knowledge of Paint Formulations, Raw Materials, Application Techniques is highly preferred.

Strong ownership mindset and team-work spirit.

Excellent Inter-personal communication skills & Presentation skills.

Leadership quality

Competencies Required:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Should know Hindi, English.

Ability to present according to the audience.

Strong Interpersonal skills, Networking ability and Team Leader

Demonstrated ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Good Communication & Presentation skill
