Job Purpose:

The role of Team Manager - Royal Enfield Tours and Rentals will be responsible to drive the growth and strategic development of the platform by scaling operator networks, expanding hub presence, increasing ride circuits, and building Tours and Rentals into a recognized brand. This role balances platform development, operator partnership, and customer experience to establish Royal Enfield as the premier motorcycle tourism and rental destination.

What you’ll do:


Operator Relations & Growth

● Recruit, onboard, and develop Tour and Rental operators across geographies, establishing clear

performance metrics and support frameworks.

● Build a pipeline of operator leads and manage conversions to achieve network growth targets

across hubs and circuits.

● Provide training and operational guidance to ensure operators deliver exceptional customer

experiences and maintain brand standards.

● Foster long-term partnerships through incentive programs, performance reviews, and collaborative growth planning.


Hub & Circuit Expansion

● Identify high-potential markets and establish new rental hubs and ride circuits to scale the platform geographically.

● Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to prioritize hub locations and route development.

● Coordinate hub setup, equipment, and infrastructure readiness with operations teams.


Platform Development & Management

● Oversee digital platform performance including booking systems, vehicle tracking, and customer

management tools.

● Analyze data on bookings, fleet utilization, revenue, and customer satisfaction to identify growth

opportunities.

● Implement technology upgrades and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

● Manage inventory, vehicle condition, and maintenance coordination across operators.


Customer Experience & Retention

● Ensure consistent, premium customer experiences across all touchpoints—from booking to post-

ride support.

● Gather and act on customer feedback to continuously refine offerings and address pain points.

● Create retention programs and upsell opportunities through curated ride packages and membership models.


After-Sales Support Management

● Coordinate service, spares, and oil provision for rental motorcycles through internal teams and

operator networks.

● Establish protocols for rapid maintenance turnarounds and fleet uptime optimization.

● Ensure operators have access to genuine Royal Enfield parts and service support to maintain

vehicle quality.


Revenue & Brand Building

● Develop pricing models and revenue-sharing frameworks with operators that balance profitability and competitiveness.

● Create bundled tour packages combining rides, rentals, and complementary experiences.

● Build strategic partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, and platforms (OTAs) to increase bookings and brand reach.

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns positioning Tours and Rentals as a lifestyle brand aligned

with Pure Motorcycling.

● Develop content—rider stories, route guides, lifestyle photography—to amplify brand presence

across digital channels.


Financial Management & Reporting

● Own P&L for the Tours and Rentals business; monitor revenue, costs, and profitability by market

and operator.

● Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and business reviews for senior leadership.

● Identify and implement cost optimization strategies while maintaining service quality.

Team Leadership

● Lead and mentor a team comprising operator relations specialists, platform development staff, andafter-sales coordinators.

● Foster collaboration across functions to ensure seamless execution and operator satisfaction.


What you‘ll bring:


Experience: 10-14 years in platform/tour/rental business management, operator relations, or

partnership scaling; demonstrated P&L ownership (Automobile Industry is mandatory)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
