**Team Member Accommodation Supervisor**
**What will I be doing?**
As a Team Member Accommodation Supervisor, you will ensure the cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort of staff living areas. Specifically, you will:
+ Allocate work duties to Team Members for cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas.
+ Conduct routine inspections of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
+ Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or defects in the accommodation facilities.
+ Inspect service areas, storage rooms, corridors, and recreational areas regularly.
+ Schedule and supervise deep cleaning, seasonal projects, and any refurbishment work.
+ Train and manage Room Attendants and other Team Members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
+ Oversee stock control and ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are well-maintained and available.
