What will I be doing?

As a Team Member Accommodation Supervisor, you will ensure the cleanliness, upkeep, and comfort of staff living areas. Specifically, you will:

  • Allocate work duties to Team Members for cleaning and maintenance of accommodation areas.

  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.

  • Report and follow up on any maintenance issues or defects in the accommodation facilities.

  • Inspect service areas, storage rooms, corridors, and recreational areas regularly.

  • Schedule and supervise deep cleaning, seasonal projects, and any refurbishment work.
