Job Description
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee Cartridge Filling Operations in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities: ✅ Handle cartridge washing, tunnel & filling operations (Syntegon, Bausch Strobel).
✅ Manage Steam Sterilizer operations
✅ Evaluate change controls, deviations, incidents & risk management
✅ Prepare SOPs and support training
✅ Support regulatory audits (US FDA exposure preferred)
Qualifications & Experience: Diploma / B.Tech / B.Pharm
4–5 years of experience in sterile formulation & batch manufacturing
Hands-on expertise in CIP, SIP, cartridge filling & injectable operations
Knowledge of operations, cleaning, monitoring, and maintenance in injectable areas including Compounding, Component Preparation, Autoclave, and Filling activities, along with associated accessories, instruments, and documentation (manual or MES/PAS‑X).
