Job Description

Job Purpose: Drive sales of Birla estates properties by directly interacting with prospective customers and managing relationship with brokers/channel partners


Work with the channel partners in creating an eco-system for sales enablement to achieve the targeted sales

Train the Channel Partner teams using the designed training module

Ensure all requisite sales support material is available

Provide all support for creating marketing campaigns


Explore the market for creation of new cross / upcountry territory channel partners, explore potential

Reach out to new channel partners for cross sales

Prepare video presentations on the project and take the prospective clients through the same


Service the channel partners to deliver on the agreed delivery standards

Generate PoS for the Channel Partner

Validate the CP invoices for Brokerage payment

Follow-up with the accounts team for timely release of brokerages


Ideate and execute lead generation activities to generate leads

Execute the lead generation activities as per plan

Generate new ideas for lead generation, discuss with the Chanel & cross sales head and execute the same


Pitch the projects and provide all sales related assistance to the customers for closure of leads

Recommend schemes & offers in consultation with the site team

Do the 1st level pitch to the client

Coordinate with the region for site visit


Do timely & quality sales reporting & prepare MIS to adhere to the internal guidelines on the same

To prepare & submit the daily / weekly / monthly MIS as per established practice

Do a monthly analysis of the competitor activities in the respective geographies

Do a lead loss analysis and share the insights with the Sales Head
