Production

Food production engineers oversee the electrical and mechanical needs of the equipment and machinery required in the process of manufacturing food or beverages. They strive to maximize plant productivity by engaging in preventive actions in reference to health and safety, good manufacturing practices (GMP), hygiene compliance, and performance of routine maintenance of machines and equipment.

  • Maintain Floor Discipline
  • Timely reporting on the lines & ensure round the clock availability of manning.
  • Maintain a timely relieving schedule during tea and lunch break.
  • To actively participate in the internal and external training program.
  • To build harmonious relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
  • To present self on duty without absenteeism.

  • Desired Candidate Profile

  • Qualification ITI/Diploma Any Graduate in any stream, Bakery Certification Course, BSc. In Hotel Management
  • Experience 3-6 years experience
  • Industry Type Bakery Industry/Food Processing/Packaging Industry/Hotel Industry
