Job Description

The Team Members’ Restaurant (Staff Canteen) Supervisor will oversee the smooth operation of the Team Members’ Restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and service areas. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable and willing to take initiative, ensuring both excellent service and a clean, safe environment for all team members.

### **Responsibilities:**

+ Oversees the daily operations of the Team Members’ Restaurant, ensuring timely meal service and food availability
+ Monitors portion control and minimize food waste
+ Ensures cleanliness and presentation of the Team Members’ Restaurant (tables, counters, service areas, food preparation areas, floorsand waste disposal zones)
+ Addresses feedback from team members and escalate issues as necessary
+ Maintains canteen supplies (e.g., utensils, condiments, cleaning materials) and inform management of replenishment needs
