Overview

We are looking for a Team Support Lead to help our central teams do their best work every day, while shaping how team support works at Supercell as we grow.

This role combines people leadership, hands-on team support, and the continuous development of ways of working. You will lead a small team of Team Support professionals and be accountable for how support is delivered across our tech, marketing, operations, and other central functions. You will stay close and hands-on with everyday support needs, including travel arrangements, team days, offsites, and events, while also taking a longer-term view. A big part of the role is about developing your team, partnering with central team leads, and project managing improvements that make team support more scalable, consistent, and thoughtful over time.
