Skills -

L2/L3 support for, resolving user issues, root cause analysis, and ensuring system stability.

Administer Teamcenter environments including user provisioning, server health monitoring, and environment maintenance.

BMIDE & workflow configuration

Basic customizations and extensions using ITK, SQL

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Perform performance tuning, patching, and upgrades of Teamcenter environments, ensuring minimal downtime.

Maintain detailed documentation of support procedures, configuration changes, and customization logic.

Good communication skills.
