Job Description

Job Requirements:

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Teamcenter, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, upgrades, and patches to ensure the stability and performance of the Teamcenter system.

Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Teamcenter Application: Issue investigation and Application Monitoring and troubleshooting and Deployment

Experience in Managing TCUA Installation, Upgrade, Deployment and Service Maintenance

Assist with user training and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing Teamcenter effectively.
