• Technical and personnel management of the *MALE drone team (Hermes 900 HFE / Starliner ADS 15) in accordance with business management principles and RUAG management principles to ensure the achievement of strategic, operational, and commercial goals.
• Development of drone business / project initiatives for DDPS drones (large and small drones)
• Preparation of project and cost center planning
• Ensuring the fulfillment of contractual obligations towards customers and POC for all operational MALE drone issues
• Defining the scope of work for MALE drones / material life cycle management
