Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management and further development of the 15-strong team at our headquarters in Biberach. You will report directly to the Head of Engineering

Your responsibilities for Engineering Support Functions include CAD Administration, Technical Documentation, FEM, and Detailing & Drawing

You ensure the optimization of structures and processes in your area and monitor the quality and efficiency of your team. The following software is used in your area: ERP system SAP R/3, product data management 3D Experience, CAD Solid Works.

In close cooperation with the design, production, project management, supply chain and purchasing departments, you will ensure technical support for our entire product range

Your profile:

You have a degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification

You have several years of experience in the field of general mechanical engineering, special mechanical engineering or plant and fixture engineering. Preferably you have worked at a manufacturing site

Ideally, you already have experience in leading a team of several people as well as in managing and controlling projects and have gained experience yourself in the areas of design and/or development

In addition to your technical expertise, you have an entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication and assertiveness skills. Your way of working is analytical and structured

Good written and spoken German and English skills complete your profile
