You are responsible for collecting and analysing reports, setting and monitoring KPIs, discussing progress with the customer, and distributing daily tasks within your team. You lead operational meetings with the customer about daily activities and implement improvements within the team. This dynamic role requires flexibility and the ability to handle unexpected situations: you are on it.
