About the job

As a Teamleader Social Work you will directly manage the sorting team of the company. You will make sure that the daily targets are being met and that the work is done in a safe and quality minded way. Thanks to you, the whole team knows what has to be done. You will manage people who have poor job prospects and need social activation. You will help them in developing work and social skills. That is the reason why you have excellent communicational skills and a great empathy. You will also manage the job transfer process and are responsible for improving the production processes. This means that you can recognise errors quickly. You will make sure that a safe working environment is created and that good daily results are being accomplished.
