Deine Aufgaben 

  • Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Gäste, Kund:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen 
  • Unterstützung in Event- und Projektmanagement 
  • Telefonzentrale und Weiterleitung von Anrufen 
  • Verwaltung von Posteingang und -ausgang 
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten und Büroorganisation 
  • Beratung und Verkauf im Loacker Shop Unterinn
  • Mithilfe an der Organisation von Produktionsführungen 

    • Dein Profil 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation 
  • Erste Erfahrung im Front Office oder Kundenservice von Vorteil 
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und modernen Kommunikationsmitteln 
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Organisationstalent und ein freundliches Auftreten 
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Italienischkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse
