Teaching Assistant – Year 4 (SEN Support)

Location: Rochdale (OL11)
Pay: £ – £110 per day
Start: ASAP / Ongoing

This role is well suited to a Teaching Assistant who understands that pupils may require differentiated support , emotional reassurance and consistent routines to access learning and make progress within Key Stage 2.

The Role Will Involve:

  • Supporting pupils in a Year 4 classroom , including those with SEN or additional needs

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to help pupils engage with learning

  • Assisting pupils with attention, emotional regulation and behaviour

  • Working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to follow support plans

  • Adapting tasks and resources to meet individual learning needs
