Technical Business Analyst (Passwordless Authentication) Role Overview The Core Identity Platforms & Solutions team is seeking a technically proficient and operationally aware Business Analyst to support the global rollout of Passwordless Authentication. This offshore role will focus on Entra ID (Azure AD), Passkey and FIDO2 technologies. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing user profiles, planning rollout batches, managing stakeholders, executing targeted communications, and ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and IAM best practices. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, security, and support teams across geographies to deliver a secure, seamless authentication experience for all user groups including frontline workers, contractors, and cloud administrators.
