Desktop Support Technician
- This role requires providing day-to-day desktop support, handling inbound queries and troubleshooting issues with hardware software and applications. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in desktop systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fully manage first/second-level contact to resolve customer technical problems promptly efficiently ensuring minimal disruption to end users services.
- Liaise with vendors as necessary to address complex IT security concerns such as viruses malware threats for optimal resolution results on site or remotely managed scenarios respectively also facilitating high level equipment upgrades whenever the situation calls for it securely restoring system functionality preventing lengthy downtime impacts further strengthening overall operational resilience from compromised states previously encountered effecti...
