Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will provide technical assistance to clients at their location, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, as well as configuring and maintaining their IT infrastructure.

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients at their location.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems for desktops, laptops, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, maintain systems using various technologies including desktop applications.
