Job Description
Position Summary Facilities Maintenance Technician to provide support to all South Florida RCI sites. Provides general handyman work, including light construction. Performs handyman work for all South Florida locations including but not limited to carpentry, painting, drywall and plaster repair, miscellaneous electrical work, minor plumbing repairs, door and window repair, and repairs to furniture and finishes.
Performs minor electrical maintenance to include the changing of bulbs, ballast and rewiring of lamps.
Prepares for special projects as far in advance as possible in order to meet deadlines and target cost
Insures that complete and accurate records are kept of all maintenance activity, including labor time and material cost.
Plans estimates, schedules and coordinates work orders to facilitate the efficient completion of requested work.
