Tech Lead – AI Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our team on a full-time, in-office basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems, leading development teams, and driving technical excellence across projects.

This is a strictly on-site role. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system architecture, design, and implementation
• Take ownership of technical decisions, frameworks, and best practices
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of development teams
• Collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams
• Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of systems
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Drive innovation and continuously improve the technology stack

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in software development
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Software Architect
• Strong expertise in backend and frontend architecture
• Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, databases, and APIs
• Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud concepts
• Experience leading teams and delivering production-grade systems
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Must-Have Conditions

• Local candidate only
• Mandatory daily office presence (NO WFH / NO Hybrid)
• Strong hands-on experience in Applied AI, Generative AI, and AI Engineering
