Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Software Architect to join our team on a full-time, in-office basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable systems, leading development teams, and driving technical excellence across projects.
This is a strictly on-site role. Remote or hybrid work is not available.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end system architecture, design, and implementation
- Take ownership of technical decisions, frameworks, and best practices
- Guide, mentor, and review the work of development teams
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams
- Ensure scalability, performance, security, and maintainability of systems
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
- Drive innovation and continuously improve the technology stack
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in software development
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Software Architect
- Strong expertise in backend and frontend architecture
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, databases, and APIs
- Solid understanding of system design, microservices, and cloud concepts
- Experience leading teams and delivering production-grade systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Must-Have Conditions
- Local candidate only
- Mandatory daily office presence (NO WFH / NO Hybrid)
- Strong hands-on experience in Applied AI, Generative AI, and AI Engineering
