About Our Team

Welcome to the Data-AI-Integration team. We are building the next‑generation AI backbone for Nordea. This is not a maintenance role; you will lead the technical vision and execution for a centralized, opinionated AI Platform that balances rapid delivery with banking‑grade security. Your mission is to guide a team of engineers in designing, building, and scaling infrastructure that enables predictive and generative AI use cases to move from concept to production safely and efficiently.

This is a full‑time permanent position with a hybrid working location in either Helsinki, Finland, or Gdansk / Gdynia, Poland.
