Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of assigned modules and features
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Participate in system design and technical decision-making
  • Review code and ensure coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and business teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Support deployment and production issues as needed
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning


Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot
  • Hands-on knowledge of REST APIs and microservices
  • Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes is a plus


Soft Skills

  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to mentor junior developers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
