, we're building large-scale, multi-initiative AI platforms for enterprise clients. These systems combine
machine learning, AI agents, backend services, web applications, and cloud infrastructure
, and are already running in real production environments.
We're looking for a
senior Tech Lead
who will take
true ownership of the technology
.
This is not a typical squad Tech Lead role. You'll work closely with a Product Owner who leads multiple initiatives, and you'll be the
technical owner of an evolving ecosystem of products and platforms
.
When something breaks in production, you understand what's happening — and you fix it.
What you'll do
- Own the stability, scalability, and reliability of multiple AI/ML platforms
- Lead architectural decisions across ML, agents, backend, frontend, and infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve production incidents
