Tech Lead Fullstack (.NET + react)

We are currently searching for a Tech Lead Fullstack (.NET + react):

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and maintenance of web-based solutions for internal and customer-facing applications.
• Contribute significantly to software design and architecture, ensuring alignment with distributed systems fundamentals and cloud-native principles.
• Create technical design artifacts in partnership with architecture and product/business teams.
• Review Pull Requests (PRs) to ensure the team delivers clean, optimized, and performant code.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with product teams to evaluate user stories for upcoming sprints, identify feature gaps, and ensure team competency.
• Support system integration testing and respond to stakeholder requests and incidents in a timely manner.
• Monitor quality metrics by using static analysis tools and pipeline data to build code coverage and maintain standard coding guidelines.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and ReactJS.
• Modern Web Stack: Hands-on experience with NodeJS, WebAPI, HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
• API Architecture: Working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and a foundational understanding of gRPC.
• Data Persistence: Proficient with SQL programming (Stored Procedures, ADO.NET, Entity Framework) and NoSQL models.
• Architecture & Patterns: Deep understanding of SOLID design principles, design patterns, and distributed systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: Solid knowledge of building native cloud-based solutions with Azure and a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Quality Assurance: Expertise in unit testing, automation, and quality code practices (Static analysis, code coverage).
• Tooling: Experience with Visual Studio, VS Code, SSMS, and GIT.

Desired:

• Professional certifications in Azure or .NET.
• Active personal GitHub repository showing contributions or projects.

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
