The project
We are seeking a Tech Lead Java to work on a project for a Fintech Company.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead a team of Java developers, providing mentorship, onboarding support, and technical guidance to junior members.
Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java (8), Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.
Architecture Design: Contribute to the definition and implementation of scalable architectures (Microservices, Hexagonal, etc.).
