Job Summary:
As a
Business Analyst
you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You ll be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the development and implementation of effective solutions. Your work will help drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges.
Elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements using interviews, workshops, and use case analysis.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
