Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical projects involving Windows OS and virtualization technologies.
• Provide expertise in Windows OS, including R&D, client and server products, Active Directory, Group Policy, and AD replication.
• Specialize in virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Administer storage solutions with experience in EMC, IBM, HP SAN, SCSI, iSCSI, and NAS.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft failover clusters for File Server, SQL, and Exchange.
• Handle networking tasks, including DNS/DHCP, subnetting, VPN, and TCP/IP.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive project success and innovation.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both orally and in writing.
