Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring best practices and solution quality;
• Define architecture and support technical decision-making on complex challenges;
• Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions;
• Coordinate development in an agile environment, managing tasks and providing hands-on support when needed.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Tech Lead;
• Proficiency in Salesforce-related languages and frameworks;
• Experience with back-end and front-end development on the Salesforce platform;
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Knowledge of REST API integrations, Salesforce security models, and platform architecture;
