Job Description

This Tech Lead position will suit someone who really wants to do some good in the world of FinTech. You'll be joining an award-winning company who needs someone to join their team in London Bridge and help manage the local and remote developers. 

General responsibilities will include:

  • Aligning vision of the UK and India team

  • Some coding but mostly mentoring (JavaScript)

  • Collaborating with x-functional teams

  • Progressing development using Agile/Kanban

  • Contributing to the technical direction of the company

    • As the Tech Lead, you will report to the CTO and will be looking after developers in the UK and India so some experience with managing remote teams would be a huge bonus.
