We are looking for a Tech Lead (MERN Stack) who will be responsible for technical architecture, hands-on development, and leading a small engineering team. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys coding daily while guiding the team and owning delivery in a startup environment.
You will work closely with the Product team to build scalable, production-grade web applications from scratch and evolve them as the product grows.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Ownership
- Own system architecture and technical decisions
- Design and build scalable MERN-based applications
- Define backend architecture, APIs, and data models
- Ensure application performance, security, and reliability
- Hands-On Development
- Write production-quality code using React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB
- Build and maintain REST APIs
- Handle authentication, authorization, and core business logic
