🚀 Hiring: Tech Lead – .NET / Azure (Hands-On)

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to lead backend engineering and deliver enterprise-grade products from development to market release.

🔹 About Our Organization

Softpath System is a US-based technology organization with 25+ years of industry presence functioning across the US and India. Beyond services, we are heavily invested in building our own product platforms, including AI/ML, SaaS, and healthcare technology solutions through our subsidiaries such as Wyber AI, nGaze, SupplierBridge, and Medonex.AI.

This role sits squarely in our core product development team, not client services.

🔹 What you’ll do

• Design & build scalable solutions using .NET / .NET Core and REST APIs
• Lead daily technical execution while staying deeply hands-on
• Own code quality, architecture, reviews, and clean-code standards
• Drive releases with a strong focus on production readiness and timelines
• Collaborate closely with product and stakeholders; support post-release stability

• C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs
• Entity Framework / EF Core
• PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch
• Azure (App Services, Functions, Storage, Service Bus, App Insights)
• JWT / OAuth, Git

• Proven hands-on backend leader (not a people-only role)
• Strong ownership, delivery mindset, and accountability
• Ability to balance speed, quality, and scalability
