The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, writing clean code, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Core Stack
Frontend:
React and Next.js (SSR, routing, optimization)
TypeScript (we write type-safe code)
Modern CSS (Tailwind or styled-components)
State management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API)
Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Backend:
Node.js with Express.js or Fastify
RESTful API design and implementation
JWT-based authentication and OAuth 2.0
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
WebSockets/Socket.io for real-time features
Database:
PostgreSQL with complex queries...
