About the job

As a Tech Lead Software Engineer (Java) at Aspire, you will design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and integration solutions using Java (primary) and Python (secondary). You will work across the full API lifecycle, develop event-driven architectures, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools and MuleSoft to deliver high-quality, cloud-native solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and build microservices and integration services using Java, Python, and open-source frameworks.
• Develop and manage REST APIs and the full API lifecycle.
• Implement event-driven integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, GraphQL, AWS SQS, etc.
• Build and maintain MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and automation (advanced MuleSoft design required).
• Use AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, Amp) to improve productivity and code quality.
