What you need
- Strong hands-on experience in LTE Layer 2 - MAC, RLC, PDCP
- In-depth knowledge of 3GPP LTE standards (, , )
- Excellent programming skills in C/C++ (embedded, real-time systems)
- Experience with multi-threaded systems, IPC, and high-performance software
- Debugging experience using tools like GDB, Wireshark, protocol analyzers
- Strong understanding of LTE call flows and KPIs (throughput, latency, BLER)
