Credentials:

1. Well versed with government procurement procedures and contract management.

2. Minimum of 10 year of progressive experience in IT services business.

3. Minimum 5 years of Program management experience in handling domestic (Government & private) customer either in Software Development and maintenance or system integration project with software development component.

4. Preference will be given to candidate with implementing/leading successful green field implementation projects.

5. Should have evolved to the role of Program manager with software development experience on Java J2EE / .Net Technology/Middleware Technologies/Cyber Security/Installation and Commissioning of ERPs.

6. Demonstrable experience in managing account of at least 200 team members.

7. Demonstrable experience of handling complex program/demanding customer/ or transforming of badly executed account/program.

Skills, Knowledge & Ability

1. Very strong fundamentals in project/program lifecycle.

2. Skilled in creating detail plans, schedule, estimation.

3. Skilled in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project

4. Knowledge on team dynamics and performance management and feedback.

5. Knowledge of customer behavior and management (with India customer, Government and Private)

6. Excellent communication skills.

7. Excellent presentation skills.

8. Ability to drive team and technology without much of supervision.

9. Ability to manage Government customers

10. Skilled in managing P&L of account.
