Tech Onboarding & Support Specialist Why join us? DWF is recruiting for a Tech Onboarding & Support Specialist to join the Tech Onboarding & Support (Learning & Development) team on a 12 month FTC, which delivers consistent, accessible and engaging systems onboarding and training to colleagues across the UK and internationally, with a particular focus on supporting system adoption and continuous improvement, initially through the rollout of the Sharedo case management system. Responsibilities You will support the development, delivery and ongoing improvement of system training programmes, initially focused on Sharedo, working closely with the wider Tech Onboarding & Support team and key stakeholders to identify training needs, evaluation opportunities and potential system or process improvements, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.
