Drive discussions among internal operations, technical, and business teams to define system development requirements, technical solutions, and implementation test criteria for new warehouse management system software features. Prepare technical documents like wireframes and threat models to refine and promote ideas/concepts through approvals. Conduct and document acceptance testing to refine new software features ahead of release. Coordinate and prepare end-to-end users for production release, provide implementation triage support as-needed. Conduct post-launch evaluations to drive adoption and prove results of new features.
